I don't even have a little girl, but I saw this today and HAD to share it with you! Head over to Make It and Love It to see how Ashley turned a shirt her daughter could no longer wear by itself into an ADORABLE pleated dress! And it looks to me to be SO easy peasy!

Way cute! I just wonder how you get it the right size to get them into it, how do you know the waist part will go over their heads and shoulders with no stretch?
